Battery life is dependent on a number of factors including the rider’s total weight with their pack, assist level used and trail conditions (steep rocky climbs use more battery than flat trails). Our Trek Rail 7s have a 625 watthours Bosch battery, one of the best in the industry, which offers up to 50 miles or 5 hours of continuous assist on easy smooth terrain. But don’t worry, if you think battery life will be an issue we’re happy to provide a charger so you can get a quick charge while you take a lunch or dinner break.
